Northern Red Oak - Specify the warmth and beauty of Moulding & Millwork Northern Red Oak mouldings.
This ever-popular classic hardwood has a well-recognized and pronounced grain, which is enhanced by varnish or stain. Moulding and Millwork Northern Red Oak Mouldings are a consistent light brown shade with a hint of red. This oak does not exhibit the open grain or dark gray streaks that are prevalent in Southern Red Oak.

Pacific Coast Hemlock - Specify Moulding & Millwork Pacific Coast Hemlock mouldings... versatile and durable!
The light uniform color of Moulding & Millwork Pacific Coast Hemlock Mouldings are perfectly suited to accept any paint, stain or natural finish exceptionally well. Additionally, Pacific Coast Hemlock contains no pitch or resins; therefore the risk of bleeding through the finished surface is eliminated. As a result, this fine uniform texture and attractive grain pattern, easily obtains a rich finish. The strong fibers of Moulding & Millwork Pacific Coast Hemlock Mouldings hold nails or screws very well. They may also be glued with a variety of adhesives, when required. As well, they can be easily worked with hand or power tools and have a smooth surface that hardens with age. This hard wearing surface, with its resistance to scrapes and dents makes Moulding & Millwork Pacific Coast Hemlock Mouldings ideal for use in high traffic areas.

Moulding and Millwork Pro Prime "L" MDF Mouldings are manufactured to the exact quality standards from #1 quality medium density fiberboard. MDF offers the advantages of finger joint pine, without the disadvantages. Moulding and Millwork Pro Prime "L" MDF Mouldings cost less than primed finger joint pine and is available in standard builder lengths. It is 100% defect free with no knots, no checks, no splits, and no raised or torn grain and is more resistant to dings and dents. Additionally, you can drill, rout, saw, nail, cope, screw, or shape this moulding without chipping or splitting. Moulding and Millwork Pro Prime "L" MDF Mouldings come to you primed with a lacquer-based primer, which provides a clearly superior paint surface to products primed with water-based primer.
